Tulip Foundation’s team study visit to the Netherlands, June – July 2009
06.07.2009
In the end of June and the beginning of July 2009 the team of Tulip Foundation had a working visit to the Netherlands. The aim of the visit was to share experience and practices with Dutch civil organisations.

The group spent three working days with Movisie - the Netherlands centre for social development and visited local volunteer centres in Doorn and Wijk bij Duurstede.

The visits and the discussions with representatives of De Zonnebloem (Sunflower) Foundation in Breda and Fonds Slachtofferhulp (help for victims) in The Hague were of great interest.

The team also had meetings with representatives of the Netherlands partner organizations of Tulip Foundation – the European Knowledge Exchange Forum and Foundation Oranje Fonds.

The visit was organised in the frame of the Programme for Social Transformation through Encouraging Social Responsibility supported by MATRA Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
