The National Centre Gavroche Children for rehabilitation and social integration of children and youth at risk, realised by Gavroche Association was opened on 2 May in the village of Debeli Rut, Elena Municipality in the presence of many partners, guests and colleagues from Varna, Sofia, Haskovo, Tarnoto etc.

The renovation of the house in a beautiful region and the cultivation of the yard and the garden have been supported by Tulip Foundation with 32400 euro. The Centre will serve the needs of non-governmental organisations working with children and young people at risk. The first 3 groups of children have used the complex and the surrounding garden for recreation and work, trainings and games.
