Optima protected house for young people with mental disabilities was officially opened in Ovoshnik village, municipality of Kazanlak. This social service is new for the municipality and is provided by the local association Optima with the financial support of Tulip Foundation and Municipality of Kazanlak. Currently there are six youngsters living in the protected house, who already know the village. The local people and the mayor of Ovoshnik are regular guests to the young people. Two more people will be welcomed to the protected house by the end of March 2009.
