Foundation Oranje Fonds is the result of the merger in 2002 of two foundations: Foundation Juliana Welzijn Fonds and Foundation Oranje Fonds. Crown prince Willem Alexander and princess Maxima are patrons of the foundation, which is one of the leading granting organizations for social projects in The Netherlands.

The Trust for Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe is an independent public charity incorporated under the laws of the United States of America. The Trust promotes the development of civil societies in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia by supporting civil society organizations to gain greater effectiveness and stability.
