Aim: To mobilize the local communities to improve the quality of life of elderly people from the eight villages living alone through the network of chitalishta
Activities: Setting public councils for support of the elderly people in the eight villages; building chitalishta support centers for the elderly people; gathering volunteer teams of 6 volunteers for each village; training of the volunteers; providing services at the homes of the immobile people; organizing mobile library; publishing information leaflet for the people in the villages
