Aim: Increasing community resources in Ruse and Vratsa municipalities to prevent accommodation of minor children in correctional institutions through recovering relations between family and children with deviant behavior from one side, community and children with deviant behavior from another side and recovery of damages caused to the community. 
Activities: Establishing of mutual support groups for families of children with deviant behavior; family conferences; Work with children and their families (biological parents, adopting parents, foster families, relatives, guardians) to recover the relations in the family to build capacity to understand, accept and overcome child behavioral problems; Indirect work with the whole community and institutions to increase the level of understanding of the problem and to raise the awareness of the community for support for children and their families. 
Target groups: Children, performers of delinquent behaviour and their families; Minors who have committed crimes and their families; Children returned in Bulgaria under the Coordination mechanism for referral, care and protection of repatriated Bulgarian UAM and children – victims of trafficking returning from abroad; Children leaving institutions; Local community; Institutions and local power; Churches; Schools; Police, Court, Prosecutor’s office.
