Aim: Decreasing the numbers of insufficient care and neglect of children aged 1 to 7 years in Byala Slatina and Kneja municipalities through support for children at risk and involvement of fathers and male figures in care for children; support for children with disabilities and their families through early intervention and family oriented approach 

Activities: Establishment of Friends of the Child Club; mobile social work; participation of fathers and male figures in care for children – Together with Daddy; early intervention services for children with disabilities; creation of a network of parents of children with disabilities; promotion of the practical experience 
Target groups: Children aged 1 to 7 years from Byala Slatina and Kneja municipalities who are not attending kindergarten and children with disabilities and their families including male members of the families 
Grant: 59 460 BGN
