Aim: To limit the risk of neglect, maltreat and abandon children through information, early diagnostics, effective and timely support in partnership with institutions working with children 

Activities: Consultations and support for children and families at risk, mobile work, family group conferences; trainings for children and youth in violence prevention; seminars for multi disciplinary teams in 10 municipalities in Veliko Tarnovo region – Elena, Zlataritza, Svishtov, Polski Trambesh, Gorna Oriahovitsa, Liaskovets, Pavlikeni, Suhindol, Veliko Tarnovo and Strajitsa; training s for pedagogical specialists and counselors, school psychologists about prevention of violence 
Target groups: Children and youth who are victims or at risk of violence, risk of dropping out from school; children with problematic behavior and from families with problems; children at risk of institutionalization; adopted children; women victims of violence, single mothers, mothers with lacking social skills and parental skills; families with low social and educational status, lacking parental capacity or practicing violence against their children; families in a divorce or having problems with practicing their parental rights; adoptive parents and candidate adoptive parents; foster parents; single fathers, violent male; fathers lacking parental skills
