Aim: Prevention of placement of children in institutions through timely professional support in the community for families of children at risk in Lulin, Serdica and Vrabnica regions in Sofia 

Activities: Professional support for children and families at risk in the community through mobile outreach work – needs assessment and planning of measures to cope with risky factors; outreach consultations as well as information and advice to existing services; educational and informational campaigns aimed at social groups and communities at risk including male figures from the family and representatives of the community 
Target groups: Children from vulnerable groups; children victims of violence, neglected children, school drop outs or at risk of dropping out from school, children with risky behavior, street children; vulnerable families in three quarters of Sofia, families in poor living, long term unemployed, people without regular income, low educated and lacking social skills, young families, families with many children; members of the expended family with significant role with a focus on male figures, grandparents and the community
