Aim: Reducing the number of cases of neglect and abandonment of children in Dobrich through a complex of services that will empower the ethnic minorities and ensure conditions for their integration 

Activities: early identification, assessment and plan for case work; consultations and individual support by an mobile outreach team; workshop for parents 9inluding pregnant women and young families; health and sex education in schools in Dobrich with predominantly minority students; mentor programme; family group conferences 
Target groups: Children and families at risk with special accent on fathers and extended families; newborn and very young children (0-3) at risk of abandonment or neglect and their families; children of teenage parents; pregnant women, future parents from risky communities; children and youth from vulnerable communities at risk
