Aim: Prevention of institutionalization of children with disabilities through identification and support for families who do not receive help and services to cope with the disability condition of their children 

Activities: Training and couching as an instrument for application of the family oriented approach for specialists; establishment of a working group for prevention of institutionalization; identification of children with disabilities at risk of placement in institution in a cooperation with Child Protection Department and hospitals; motivation trainings for parents; informal groups of parents of children with disabilities aimed at sharing experience and self help; sessions specialist-child-parent; trainings for NGOs in the country 
Target groups: Children with disabilities at risk of institutionalization and their families; various specialists working with children and their families
