Aim: To pilot a model to support and empower parents, families and communities to reduce cases of neglect and poor care and to provide opportunities for early childhood development for children from different communities.
Activities: Building an integrated family service that combines social care, health, adult education, community development. Providing equal opportunities for children from 0 to 7 years by encouraging their physical, emotional, cognitive and educational development as well as increasing the parenting skills and capacity of their families through a variety of activities and support at the "Sure Start" House in the village of Gorno Cherkovishte. Attract children and families to visit the House through informal meetings and conversations. Promoting the House and providing a universal service - accessible to all families with children up to 7 years of age who can visit the house any day they choose. The groups in the planned activities will be open so that a parent or family with a child / children can be included at any time. There will be no limits for the number of children, in what activities they will be involved, or how long they will stay.
Target groups: Children from 0 to 7 years of age living in the territory of the village of Gorno Cherkovishte, their families - parents or guardians, as well as the entire local community.
