Goal: Enlargement of protected house Betel in Vladimir village.
Activities: Building of new dining-room and kitchen in the protected house Betel in Vladimir village; transformation of old ones into additional bedrooms; improvement of quality of life of socially isolated and addicted persons in protected house Betel; enlargement of protected house capacity; creation of labour habits and opportunities to acquire building skills for all people accommodated in the protected house.
