Goal: Approbation of innovative social practices for traffic prevention among Roma girls aged 12-16 in Pobeda district, town of Burgas, as a new model for work in the community.
Activities: Raising awareness and knowledge of girls in the community on traffic risks by providing information in the field from a specialist working in this sphere; Education, motivation and developing of creative potential of 30 Roma girls through establishing of one creative and several motivating groups; Raising awareness of institutions and organizations working in the community on problems connected with falling into traffic of Roma girls; Compilation and printing for the first time in Bulgaria of a handbook on traffic prevention specially adapted for the Roma community; Making public the traffic of Roma girls problem in Burgas.
