The Board of Tulip Foundation accepted the Principles of Good Practice of the European Foundation Centre: A Self-Regulatory Tool for Foundations. This is a targeted step towards reaching higher standards and professionalism in the activities of the foundation. The principles are a self-regulatory tool based on a shared vision of good practice among European foundations. The tool aims to support foundations in pursuing their public-benefit purposes by reinforcing their independent governance, sound management, transparency and accountability.
