The First EU-level thematic conference of the European Year of Citizens 2013 took place in Brussels on 22- 23 January 2013 organised by the European commission. The representatives of the Bulgarian Coalition for the European Year Maria Petkova from Tulip Foundation, Iva Taralejkova from Forum Civil Participation and Borislav Mavrov from European Institute Foundation got actively involved in the work of the parallel sessions.
