Representatives of 16 local organisations from Pleven municipality took part. The aim of the training was to encourage effective practical cooperation between the profit and the nonprofit organisations in the town and the municipality by providing the participants with a practical instrument.
The participants got known with the practical organisation of a marketplace; formulating a good proposal for the business based on “demand” and “supply”. A film about the Marketplace made by Bertelsmann Foundation, Germany was shown. The attendees received practical toolkit with useful advices and successful practices for cooperation between nongovernmental organisations and the business. The toolkit has been developed by a team of voluntary and business organisation in the Netherlands and is used for the same type of training sessions.
