Training for independent coordinators of Family group conferences, Varna, 17-19 July 2014

Members of the teams of Sauchastie (Co-participation) Association, Varna, Helping Hand Foundation Dobrich and NGO Club Targovishte and selected colleagues from these places took part in three days practical training on family group conference for the core teams and independent coordinators.
The training was organised by Tulip Foundation with the support of Saucastie Association and took place in Varna from 17 to 19 July 2014.
The FGC is an effective and democratic method for mobilizing the resources of the family in difficult periods. The participants were introduced to the history, the characteristics and the principles of method. They took part in various practical exercises and role plays. At the end of the training they received guides, informational brochures and materials.
