Day Centre Riviera for Social and Professional Training of people with mental disabilities created by the local Association for support for people with mental disabilities with the financial support of Tulip Foundation, Dordrecht Varna Foundation and Municipality of Varna was opened in the maritime garden in Varna. The centre offers day care, social and professional training and various other activities for 45 people from Varna and the region.
