The goal of the project was to provide conditions to overcome the social and informational isolation of children and young people living in Koilovtsi village by establishing a Youth club.

Additional premises in the chitalishte building were repaired and furnished for the purposes of a Youth club- These were equipped with several computer systems, donated in the frame of the joint Technical Support Programme of Tulip Foundation and Vivacome.
The young people from the village took active part in cleaning up the building materials during the repairing process. Painting the corridor and the stairs to the Youth club was supported by the temporary employment scheme run by the Municipality. With the help of a local women the children sewed pillow-cases for the chairs provided by the Municipality. When the opening ceremony has been organised a number of grand-mothers were very active in preparations.

Visiting the Youth club brought children closer; they became better organised and better united. An idea for a Joint Summer was born in the club. Children and young people cleaned up the big hall of chitalishte where events and meetings will take place during the whole summer. With the help of the chitalishte activists and with the support of the local authority the children prepared the Summer Programme, consisting of various activities for the younger children, as well as for the older once.

The elderly people showed their interest in the club activities from its beginning and asked for basic training on computer literacy so that they can use the computers and communicate with their relatives in Bulgaria and abroad. Such training has started in mid July.
