The aim of the project was to create a mobile centre which will provide complex services aimed at prevention of domestic violence among high risk groups like elderly, women and children in all 13 settlements in Ivanovo municipality. 

The mobile center provides a complex of various services – psychological consultations, legal advice and social consultations for people who are victims of violence. We organised an informational campaign among the population of the settlements in Ivanovo municipality about the application of the Law for protection from domestic violence. The team of the association developed a mechanism for coordination among different institutions on the territory of the municipality in case of signal for domestic violence. 

During the time of the implementation of the project we organised informational days for popularization of various possible legal measures for protection as well as for the existing institutions and centres for support to people victims of violence. 

As a result some 46 cases of domestic violence have been dealt with at the mobile center over the last 8 months including 15 cases o older people victims of domestic violence. During these months in total 175 consultations have been conducted - 79 consultations with psychologist, 57 with a social worker and 39 with a lawyer. 

Most of the activities I the frame of the project were realized in cooperation with the police inspectors in the respective settlements of Ivanovo municipality on the basis of a formal agreement contract with the Municipal directorate of the police in Ruse. We also received a serious support from the mayors of all 13 settlements in the municipality who helped us with the provision of premises for the organisation of the meetings and the consultations with the local people.
