The winter holidays and gatherings with families, friends and colleagues have passed. A time for looking back, reporting and planning has come. It is also a time for recognition for people and organisations that worked with devotion, widened their activities and started new ones, reached out new people. Such recognition is important as the raised funds and donor programmes cannot change life of people without the everyday, systematic and professional work of numerous motivated and responsible people.
The competition is for projects of civil organisations aimed at participation in life of the society, improving the living conditions, opportunities and quality of life, coping with the impact of the pandemic. Projects implemented in towns, cities and villages are welcome regardless of size of budget, source of funding, scale of operation, type of activity or beneficiaries.
As each other year well known professionals from business, media and culture will select the best projects assessing the nominations on the basis of: achieved results, sustainability of the project activities, financial efficiency, participation of the target groups and the local communities, innovative services and the possibilities for implementing the project in other places around the country.
Organisations and individuals are welcomed to nominate a project by sending the filled out nomination form (in Bulgarian) to info@tulipfoundation.net by 8 March 2023.
The full list of nominated projects will be presented on the Tulip Foundation web site. The awarded projects will be announced at a public ceremony in spring 2023.
The awards are especially made by the prominent Bulgarian sculptor Georgi Capkunov Tchapp.
