The team of Tulip Foundation was on a working visit in Cluj from 27 to 29 July 2016 under the Talk with Me project. Together with the hosts, the Centrul de Voluntariat Cluj-Napoca and the partners Gemeinsam leben & lernen in Europa eV we continued to work on adaptation of training materials and a manual for young volunteers working with refugee and migrant children and young people for easier learning and communication in the local language of Bulgaria and Romania.

The model is based on using the language for communication and information in everyday life and has been successfully applied in Germany for several years.
